Unpacking the download Archive:
This download was packaged as a .zip archive. Depending on your operating system a file archive tool may be required to access the contents of this .zip package. Two popular products are WinZip® and Stuffit Expander®.

Windows 98 thru Windows 2000:

Download and install WinZip®.
Download and save the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package to your desktop.
Double click the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package and follow the instructions to extract the information, being sure to note to where the files were extracted.

Mac OS 8.5 thru 10.2.X:

Download and install Stuffit Expander®.
Download and save the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package to your desktop.
Double click the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package the contents should be extracted to the desktop. Move the folder containing the PowerPoint® to your desired location, noting the name of that location.

Windows XP & Vista:

Double click the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package and follow the instructions to extract the information, being sure to note to where the files where extracted.

Mac OS 10.3 thru 10.5.X:

Download and save the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package to your desktop
Double click the PowerPoint® presentation .zip package. The contents should be extracted to the desktop. Move the folder containing the PowerPoint® to your desired location, noting the name of the location.

Using the PowerPoint® presentation:

Open up Microsoft PowerPoint® file.
From the “File” menu choose the PowerPoint® from the location chosen in the unpacking process (see above).
